Geld machen ohne Kundenkontakt...

Soweit sauber nix besonderes... keine Parkplätze... scheint so daß es zu dem "hotel" neben angehört und paar Apartment separiert wurden. Irgendwie fehlt da was das moderne war TV und Bett...die Zimmer Türen schlecht über gemalt und neue Türklinken Ran...bad ist ca.70er/80er Jahre... Silikon sollte dringend gereinigt werden!.. Habe ca 3 Fliesenspiegel in dem Appartement gefunden aus den verschiedensten Generationen und an verschiedenen Stellen...Flur Schlafzimmer... Das Kücheinventar bedarf einer Auffrischung Vervollständigung.... Parkplätze nicht vorhanden...laut Gastgeber soll Mann die öffentlichen Parkplätze benutzen, in gewissen Straßen...aber nicht vom Hotel.. Römerbad...was im gleichen haus ist... Problem es gibt keine freien Plätze überall striktes Halteverbot...die paar Parkplatz Nische die da sind belegt und nur 3 Std halten mit Parkscheibe...da die Zeit nicht benannt ist heißt es rechtlich auch nachts die Parkscheibe weiter drehen...man weiß ja nicht wann die Politessen vorbei kommen... Kurz um war ein schöner Aufenthalt aber ich nehme für das Geld lieber ein richtiges Hotel da gibt's Service Personal zum ansprechen. Die Aussicht ist mäßig aus der Küche kann man in die Klinik Betten gegen über spannern.und sonst irgendwie Ghetto Wohnviertel überall schreiende Kinder aus den Fenster und Fussball...
