  • A nice apartment with a carport in Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler 4 stars
    in a quiet residential area near the vineyards and the red wine hiking trail awaits you in the 1st Floor a beautiful 3 room apartment 87m² with 2 bedrooms (bed linen is provided) for 3-4 people with new kitchen, new spacious bathroom (with towels) and gr. South balcony. The apartment has a large living and dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). The modern kitchen is well equipped. (Carport for 2 cars is available and there is also a storage space for bicycles) In summer the garden meadow can also be used.
    The center of Bad Neuenahr (1 km) and the spa gardens are not far away and the idyllic Ahrweiler is also nearby. You can play tennis at a distance of 1.5 km and at 5 km you are on the Köhlerhof golf course. The Ahrradweg and a supermarket with a bakery and banks are just a 2-minute walk away.
    Bonn is 29 km from the apartment, and the Nürburgring is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Cologne / Bonn Airport, 55 km away.

Entsprach der Beschreibung, herzlicher Empfang, gute Einweisung, alles was man in einer Ferienunterkunft benötigt, war vorhanden. Für uns war vor allem die Nähe zum Rotweinwanderweg entscheidend, den wir auch komplett absolvieren konnten. Das ÖPNV Netz ist mittlerweile wieder gut zu nutzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Und als Weinregion nach- wie vor eine Reise wert. Gerne wieder.

Prima vakantiewoning

We hebben een prachtige vakantieweek gehad. De woning is ruim, zeer compleet en zeer schoon. En zo fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is wanneer je dagelijks lange wandelingen maakt met warm weer. Het is goed toeven op het ruime balkon. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was erg aardig dat we gebeld werden dat we op de dag van aankomst al eerder welkom waren. Supermarkten liggen op loopafstand. Verse broodjes zijn dus zo gehaald. Het winkelaanbod en variatie in eetgelegenheden in Bad Neuenahr vallen wat tegen, ten gevolge van de verschrikkelijke overstromingen. Er wordt wel zeer hard gewerkt om het zwaar getroffen gebied weer in orde te maken. Al met al een hele goede week gehad, de woning is absoluut een aanrader. balkon

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Diese war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht hatten für 1 Woche Urlaub. Pfingsten 2023 zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort! - Mit dem Morgenmilchkaffee auf dem Balkon XXL; nach Spaziergängen auf dem sehr nahen Rotweinwanderweg bzw. schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren zum Wandern im Ahrtal gereist und konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus auf wunderschöne Touren starten. Ein Lebensmittelmarkt kann fußläufig erreicht werden und auch ins Zentrum von Bad Neuenahr kommt man bequem zu Fuß. Wenn wir wieder einmal ins Ahrtal reisen, wohnen wir gerne wieder im AhrHeim.
