A nice apartment with a carport in Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler 4 stars
in a quiet residential area near the vineyards and the red wine hiking trail awaits you in the 1st Floor a beautiful 3 room apartment 87m² with 2 bedrooms (bed linen is provided) for 3-4 people with new kitchen, new spacious bathroom (with towels) and gr. South balcony. The apartment has a large living and dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). The modern kitchen is well equipped. (Carport for 2 cars is available and there is also a storage space for bicycles) In summer the garden meadow can also be used.
The center of Bad Neuenahr (1 km) and the spa gardens are not far away and the idyllic Ahrweiler is also nearby. You can play tennis at a distance of 1.5 km and at 5 km you are on the Köhlerhof golf course. The Ahrradweg and a supermarket with a bakery and banks are just a 2-minute walk away.
Bonn is 29 km from the apartment, and the Nürburgring is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Cologne / Bonn Airport, 55 km away.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Großzügigkeit der Räume und das schöne Badezimmer. Hervorzuheben sind auch die supernetten Vermieter.

Prima vakantiewoning

We hebben een prachtige vakantieweek gehad. De woning is ruim, zeer compleet en zeer schoon. En zo fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is wanneer je dagelijks lange wandelingen maakt met warm weer. Het is goed toeven op het ruime balkon. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was erg aardig dat we gebeld werden dat we op de dag van aankomst al eerder welkom waren. Supermarkten liggen op loopafstand. Verse broodjes zijn dus zo gehaald. Het winkelaanbod en variatie in eetgelegenheden in Bad Neuenahr vallen wat tegen, ten gevolge van de verschrikkelijke overstromingen. Er wordt wel zeer hard gewerkt om het zwaar getroffen gebied weer in orde te maken. Al met al een hele goede week gehad, de woning is absoluut een aanrader. balkon

Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter begrüßt, der uns auch die Wohnung zeigte. Alles wie im Inserat, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber (Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen wunderbar, den Namen des Waschmittels bitte 😉), wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Diese war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht hatten für 1 Woche Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, sprach den Check in auch vorher telefonisch mit uns ab. Alles in allem definitiv 5 Sterne wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

"Schöner Wohnen" in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

Pfingsten 2023 zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort! - Mit dem Morgenmilchkaffee auf dem Balkon XXL; nach Spaziergängen auf dem sehr nahen Rotweinwanderweg bzw. Eifelsteig, in der top ausgestatten Küche fürs Abendessen schnippeln und sotten; im weiten Wohn- u. Essraum gemeinsam Kochkünste und das Leben genießen, ... . Fazit: Nix wie hin, Leute! Sehr nett Vermieter die immer erreichbar sind und sich viel Zeit nehmen. Schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Abends an dem Kamin sitzen ist einfach herrlich gewesen.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren zum Wandern im Ahrtal gereist und konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus auf wunderschöne Touren starten. Ein Lebensmittelmarkt kann fußläufig erreicht werden und auch ins Zentrum von Bad Neuenahr kommt man bequem zu Fuß. Wenn wir wieder einmal ins Ahrtal reisen, wohnen wir gerne wieder im AhrHeim.

Urlaub in Corona-Zeit

Aufgrund der Corona-Einschränkungen konnten weder unsere rüstige 89jährige Mütter noch wir als Ehepaar die ursprünglich geplanten Reisen wahrnehmen. Da unsere Mutter nicht mehr allein reisen kann und ihre Seniorenreise ausfiel, hielten wir Ausschau nach einer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in Deutschland . Diese sollte Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sowohl für uns als auch für unsere Mutter bieten. Alles das haben wir hervorragend in der Wohnung Ahrheim vorgefunden. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht. Sie haben alles gut erklärt, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und sind sehr schnell vorbei gekommen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Der Rotweinwanderweg lud zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Im ansprechenden Kurort gab es nette Lokale mit Außengastronomie. Unsere Mutter hat besonders den Kurpark, die Konzerte und das Shoppen in den netten kleinen Läden genossen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Alles war super! Total hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter. In der absolut gepflegten und hygienischen einwandfreien top FeWo haben wir nichts vermisst. Dank WLAN/Internet konnten wir vor Ort auch traumhafte Motorrad-Routen ausarbeiten. Angenehme Wohnlage, alles liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man sich so wünschen würde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Motorräder haben klasse, mit genug Platz und sicher unter'm Carport gestanden. Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr sehenswert. Wir würden diese FeWo jederzeit wieder buchen und können einen Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Neuenahr ist in 15 Min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen auch der Rotweinwanderweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe !

Wir haben mit 3 Personen ein rundum zufriedenes ,langes Wochende in einer Wohnung die mit allem ausgestattet ist verbracht !

Jahreswechsel 2019/2020

Die Kontaktaufnahme und die Terminabstimmungen (für die Schlüsselübergabe) mit den Eheleuten Heimermann waren einwandfrei. Die Eheleute Heimermann sind sehr sympatisch, hilfsbereit und haben uns alle Fragen bzgl. der Wohnung beantwortet. Selbst das Brennholz für den offenen Kamin wurde in der Wohnung schon bereit gestellt. Ebenfalls waren ausreichend Getränke im Kühlschrank für den ersten Tag vorhanden und eine Flasche Ahrwein stand ebenfalls in der Küche bereit. Auch die Tipps für das Lichterfest in Bad Neuenahr waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Die komfortable und gemütliche Wohnung ist mit neuwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Die Eheleute Heimermann haben an alles gedacht was in einem Haushalt notwendig ist. Meine Ehefrau und ich sowie auch unsere Freunde haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir alle würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Bad Neuenahr wählen. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung weiter und wünschen den Eheleuten Heimermann noch viele gute Gäste.
