Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Harz hat so einiges zu bieten. Zum Ferienhaus können wir folgendes sagen: Das Haus an sich ist ein altes Haus, welches vor Jahren renoviert wurde, von der Gestaltung ist es gemütlich mit viel Potenzial nach oben. Der Preis ist für eine Woche OK. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr gut, wenn man mit Allergiker unterwegs ist, sollte man dem Gastgeber meines Erachtens extra bescheid geben, da die Sauberkeit zu wünschen lässt. Desweiteten wäre es angemessen wenn man staubsauger etc. zur Verfügung hätte um auch zwischendurch mal saugen könnte.

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden :-)
Der Aufenthalt war gut. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder angereist und hatten ordentlich Platz für jedermann: Küche, Bad,Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer...das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, erfüllt aber auf jeden Fall seinen Zweck. Wer Luxus möchte,darf sich ein Hotel mieten :-) Das Haus liegt wirklich am Rande des Oberharzes, aber man ist in kürzester Zeit z.B. in Bad Lauterberg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Yves war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise super freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

Liebevolles Haus mit Entspannung pur
Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und traf genau unseren Vorstellung von Ruhe und Erholung fern der Großstadt. 😍 Man sieht das es ein altes Haus und nicht alles perfekt ist, aber das macht es so schön. Perfekt als Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren und vorallem freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Danke und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man mit mehreren Kindern verreist
Kommunikation hat super geklappt und auch der Check-In. Die Wohnung ist super für Familien mit Kindern. Ein paar Handtuchhalter im Bad wären gut gewesen. Ansonsten gab es nuchts zu bemängeln. Gerne wieder.

Einfach, aber bietet alles was man braucht für einen tollen Urlaub
Das Haus bot uns ausreichend Platz für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt (6 Personen). Die Lage am Rand von Bad Lauterberg ist ein guter Startpunkt für tolle Tagestouren in den Harz. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und herzlich. Es ist kein modernes Haus, bietet aber alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.

Sehr schönes Haus auf drei Etagen!
Wir waren mit sieben Personen angereist (Patchwork Family, zwei Erwachsene, fünf Kinder von 10 bis 16 Jahren). Es war Platz für alle. Jeder konnte sich auf drei Etagen zurück ziehen. Das Haus war sauber, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schnell, direkt und zuverlässig. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Toller Service! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
