The apartment is 60 sqm, spread over two floors, and accommodates 2 guests. Stylish and modern, it offers a comfortable living and dining area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, air conditioning, and a cozy sofa. The kitchen leads directly to the terrace. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this level. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. The attic features a balcony for relaxing. Fresh linens are included. There is a bike storage box and a parking space directly at the house. The apartment is suitable for holidaymakers and spa guests during the main season (March to October) and not for workers. The Konus card is available on request.
