"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. "This is an excellent hotel and was especially good for our family (8 and 10 year old children). Room was sizeable, with two toilets and lots of living space. Restaurant and bar were good (the burger was superb), and the pool table, reading area and dart board were great too! Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside is that the ‘extra double bed’ in the family room was a little uncomfortable for two people! Thankfully, an extra bed was provided upon our request (big thanks to the staff)."
