Das Apartment war in einem gepflegten Zustand und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war perfekt und die gewünschte Verlängerung des Aufenthalts funktionierte völlig unbürokratisch.Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Im Harz ist es immer wieder schön.
Für 4 Personen genügeng Platz. Schlafsofa gemütlich und groß genug für 2 Personen.
Schnell auch in weiteren Teilen des Harzes.
Bilder/Motto des Inserats ansprechend.
Leider bei der Ankunft Haare im Abfluss und eine Reihe an weiteren Schönheitsfehlern.
Von allem eher das nötigste vorhanden.
Direkte Kommunikation mit Betreiber wich teilweise von Informationen bei FeWo ab. Dies war leicht verwirrend. Aktualitäten der hinterlegten Informationen im Detail deshalb fragwürdig.

Akzeptabel mit kleinen Fehlern
Die FEWO liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Wandergebietes in einem MFH (ca. 20 Parteien) im 1. OG.
Bis in die Innenstadt benötigt man gut 10-15 min zu Fuss.
Es besteht renovierungsbedarf an verschiedenen Stellen. Insbesondere Bad und Küche können hier genannt werden.
Übergabe und Parkplatz vor dem Haus waren ok, auch wenn andere Bewohner/Besucher die Parkregelung sehr frei auslegen.
Unüblich empfanden wir es, dass vor dem Zahlungsdatum schon eine Zahlungsaufforderung statt einer Erinnerung kam.

typisch harzer Charme
Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit kleinem Balkon. Die Übergabe klappte super. Die Wohnung ist ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig, speziell das Badezimmer. Die Auststattung der Küche ist recht einfach und einigermaßen zweckmäßig.
