"Very clean and so peaceful. The owner takes pride in the property. It’s very well maintained and the rooms are very modern. While I was here, there was a storm and we lost power. The owner was on top of everything, making sure his guests were well informed about when the power would be restored. You can’t beat the views. It’s surrounded by pastures but is close to shopping and of course the Virginia Creeper Trail head in Abingdon. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Went to stay to drop off daughter at Emory and Henry university! It was perfect location close to Walmart and some good restaurants. The hotel was comfortable the room was so tidy and roomy! Air conditioning was great and amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was small but good! The Mexican across the street can’t be beat!!"

As to the amenities since you asked; the only one was free wifi. Ice maker was only available in the lobby so that was inconvenient. No breakfast only coffee. All that being said, I would definitely stay here again. It's clean and priced moderately"
