"Overall, the stay was underwhelming and did not match the expectations set for a resort. Despite the resort fee, the property felt more like a standard hotel. The pool was surprisingly small for such a large property, The ocean view room was also disappointing. The view itself was not particularly impressive, and the balcony was very small, overall not very impressed with the property"

"Nice view on the balcony, but u could see the people beside u should be walls up for privacy like all other hotels there. A/C WAS OK wouldn't saidnit worked the best, no clock in room, only one light was working no lamp at all on night stand . Bathroom was really small."

"The cleaning staff needed to clean a little bit better. They did not sweep the floors properly and left things on the floors and one day they didn’t even come in and clean the room. They just left towels by the door."

"Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway."

"Great view of the beach, especially the sunrise; nice roomy balcony. Plenty of hot water for baths, and whole place was very clean, except for a few small stains on the corner of the bedspread. Well stocked. Was a bit taken-aback when l discovered the balcony door had been left unlocked upon our initial arrival, so glad l checked it before going to sleep. Can hear people talking in the room next to us, but fortunately they weren’t talking very loudly. Love the easy parking as well as easy access to both the beach and the playground right next to the hotel!"

"I didn't like the hidden fees that I was then charged when I got there after I had already paid through Expedia an then was charged more to be able to even check in. The view was nicest part the bathroom was tiny had broke part on shower the windows were partially clean the hot tub the jets shot up an out not even on your back"
