"First time on Bon Aire. Was not prepared for how quiet it was. The dive shop at Divi Flamingo was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant ( Chibi Chibi) was delicious and there was a good variety. It would have been nice to have some music playing at the pools to break up the silence."

"Our month stay was beyond wonderful. Bonaire is paradise that was amazing to explore, There was so much to do there that we never even turn on the 3 big TV's in our (Aruba) yellow unit. My Boyfriend and I were greeted by Rod, Christa and pup Chloe upon arrival. Better hosts do not exist, they are truly top notch. Rod even had spices I asked about stocked in the kitchen. The unit has what you typically need and if not, asking had it there in no time. Their advise for events, restaurants, retail and general Bonaire info was extensive and much appreciated, Every interaction was a pleasure.The unit and grounds are well maintained, we loved the outdoor area's. The pool was so welcome after diving and island excursions. The upper deck was romantic, it provided us views of beautiful sunrises and sets. We even saw shooting stars while laying on the padded platform lounge, The rinse tubs and drying area were such a wonderful convivence especially after night dives.Bachelors Beach is a short walk away. We went there for snorkeling (bait ball spotted) diving the beautiful reef and many sunsets. The best value on the island is the "Booze Cruise" a two and a half hour boat ride with DJ and pasta plate for just 10. See the poster behind the Tiki Bar, another fun addition. We have already booked a month in 2027 and are looking forward to returning. Wishing all the best to our awesome hosts, see you soon! Ron and Shell"

"This was my second stay at this particular apartment. It has been completely upgraded in the kitchen and bathrooms since my last stay and was absolutely amazing! Our host Nicole was helpful and ensured we got settled in when we arrived. There was a welcome tray in the fridge with various foods and a couple of beers. We were married while in Bonaire and she brought us some chocolates and Prosecco along with congratulations. It made our stay especially special. I believe this apartment is the best one in the entire building as it is ground floor, has a huge patio right next to the pool area and stairs to the ocean. We plan on coming back to Bonaire and will always request this apartment. We highly recommend it."

"My only regret about renting this Casita was that we should have stayed longer. My husband and I were first time visitors in Bonaire, and the hosts are experts and answered all of our questions. This was key to the great trip!The casita is exactly as described and pictured. The grounds were delightful and we enjoyed cooking outside, truly an awesome set up. The pool, garden, and seating areas were relaxing, and Chloe puppy would come visit us which added to the cozy, homey feeling.The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well stocked-pots, pans, dishes, knives, etc.- and efficient to cook basic meals making it easy to come and go. We eat some meals in and some meals out on vacation and this was ideal.My husband and I came to snorkel, but this was set up to cater to divers as well. We look forward to coming back and staying longer, but maybe we will consider one of Rodney and Christa's other properties that have a little more space potentially ideal for even longer stays and can accommodate more people, though this was a great rental for a week with two people. You should definitely stay here if you enjoy a lovely clean, cozy, comfortable, and convenient stay with the best hosts I have encounter in my travels. Thankful we found this place."
