This is definitely NOT A LUXURY RESORT on any level. Our room we had booked with the private pool - the pool was out of service. 2. A family had registered to stay there but it is an adults only resort. The family begged to Stay as they had nowhere else to go but the mgmt didn’t care and kicked them out. Within 15 minutes A MEXICAN FAMILY CAME IN AND ASKED FOR TWO ROOMS AND THE MGMT GLADLY LET THEM STAY. I told the manager of the hotel what he did the European family was horrible yet a Mexican family came and he booked them in. Talk about racism at the highest level. The food was terrible. The prices were outrageous and the room we got was terrible. Housekeeping was every 2nd day and the towels which we used were reused hung up which we know because we had a camera to watch the staff if they stole anything. This hotel is TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staying here was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. The property looks completely renovated, with a very natural style that blends beautifully with the surroundings, yet it has all the comforts you need so you don’t feel like going anywhere else. It’s the kind of place you come to disconnect and enjoy an unforgettable romantic getaway. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable, high-quality beds and linens, everything clean and tastefully done. The service from the staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. You could genuinely feel their commitment to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The lagoon club became my favorite spot: stunning views, direct access to the water, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay there all day with a cocktail in hand. And the restaurant… it’s an experience on its own. Besides the food, which is on another level, they offer a pairing dinner where the chef explains each dish and the reasoning behind every element. It’s honestly one of the best gastronomic experiences I’ve had in all of Quintana Roo. I would absolutely return to this hotel every chance I get. 😍
