Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel Restaurant & SPA - Adults Only

"I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful place. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Despite of the amazing experience, there are two things that I hope Cristalino can have in mind to further improve it's guests experiences. I was able to hear the movement of furniture, screeching on the floor, people laughing, and moving things from a room next door. I am not sure what they can do other than asking the neighbors to quiet it down but Im wondering if maybe they can improve how the sound travels between the rooms as my downstairs neighbors also struggled with the noise. My sleep was interrupted by that but the staff was able to to minimize the noise by telling their guests to quiet down. Another thing that was unpleasant is how they communicated that they would charge me the pillow cases that my hair dye damaged. Although they were understanding and made an exception in not charging me, sending me a picture of it came through as passive aggressive and that did dampen my mood."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel overlooking the Bacalar Lagoon. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the turquoise lagoon was truly unforgettable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The combination of the incredible lagoon views, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacalar and would love to come back!"

"Me encantó el hotel, es muy íntimo y el cuarto muy limpio los servicios de comida muy buenos pero el único detalle fue que la llave del jacuzzi estaba algo deteriorada que casi no salía agua y fueron a regalarla. Cuando active las salidas del hidromasaje salió mucha basurita le comenté a la chica pero ya no me contestó. Sin embargo me parece muy bien lugar para descansar y disf6de la laguna y la tranquilidad que hay. Las vistas son muy hermosas"
