Good food and drinks. Fantastis view across from Bird sanctuary. Only warning is they were very firm beds, quite too firm for us but some people prefer it.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property was in a good location, looked good, had somewhat decent amenities, but the restaurant hours were horrible (12-6). Coffee maker didn’t work & they did not offer to replace it. We had to go to the hotel next door to eat breakfast & dinner if we were out during the day. There were so many ants in our room & they seemed to be coming in through a couple of small hoes in the wall, it was creepy. There was no staff @ night, so when ppl partied we couldn’t call anyone & I know I’m in a Spanish speaking country, but seemed only one staff member spoke some English & even with translate it was difficult to communicate. Just ask they are transparent about what they offer & any restrictions around that
The location is great. The small Cabin was unique. The property felt safe and parking in the street was easy. There is air conditioning and light in the cabin but no electrical outlets to charge your phones, iron your clothes, etc. Water in the shower was chilly but then it comes out fresh after a while (only cold water in shower valve). The weather is in the mid-80's, so it is easy to get use to. During check out no one was available until an hour in a half later. They were holding our drivers license and we didn't want to leave it behind. Luckily we refuse to leave our passport as originally requested. Could of been a bad situation if we missed our flight.
The room was very spacious for our family. A bit dated but in good condition. No cleaning of the room daily.
Great reception people. They are so nice and I forgot my dairy and they sent it to me immediately the day after. This was a great PLUS.
