Our stay at Azules Nomeolvides was truly a peaceful sanctuary, seamlessly blending comfort with respect for nature. Surrounded by stunning landscapes, we felt completely immersed in tranquility. Sam and Bernie were fantastic hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, along with their two friendly dogs who added to the warmth of the place. The staff was equally kind, and the food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, highlighting fresh and local ingredients. If you're looking for a place to unwind while being mindful of the environment, this is the perfect retreat.

One of the most stunning places I’ve ever stayed. Absolute tranquility. The hosts were friendly and great for giving recommendations. They made us feel welcome and at home. Our cabin was gorgeous with stylish decor and spotlessly clean. The whole complex was beautifully designed, including the amazing decking area out into the epic lagoon. The food was great, and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and spending days swimming in the lagoon. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful amenities. The activities around the complex were a great bonus. We enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon and leisurely walks around the landscaped grounds. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene & natural escape. We will definitely stay again!

Azul Nomeolvides is a small place, only six rooms, quite removed from the world. The rooms are spacious and done rather nicely, if a bit sparse. They're quite open to the world, especially the bathrooms, which are done wonderfully in different stone patterns and feature rainforest-like showers and a wonderful array of lotions such as sunscreen and aloe that you should absolutely try. The owner Bernie is super-friendly, as is the staff and his two dogs very large dogs as well. A few other points though: A 10-minute achingly slow drive off the main highway 307 to reach the place, over a horribly bumpy dirt road. Not a deal-breaker, but we grew to dread that drive. Not much tables or flat spaces. The rooms' openness means you'll hear the dogs prowl around at night (you'll hear them panting) and much worse, you'll hear all your neighbors. We were the only guests there at first until it filled up Friday night and we heard our neighbors' talk, singing, and music until midnight, even after two other rooms told them to shut it. If there's no noise, the openness is great. It lists a "restaurant" which, no is a snack bar, a window to order and pick up and only a few tables outside. It's fine, but not a restaurant. We only ate breakfast there and it was excellent. Many creative sitting spaces along the hill descent to view the lake, but note that lots of stairs are involved. We took advantage of their included kayaks one afternoon, a nice touch.

I have been in much better and comfortable ecological concepts. Rats Walking by my feet in the bathroom, a totally wrong design it protection of mosquitos, cockroaches in the rooms. You can forget about having at night anything but keeping inside of your bet. Only two bungalows have lake view. Even if the hotel is empty they will charge you and abusive amount of money to have Lakeview. Only the kind attention of the employees and the food worths. I totally do not recomment this place.

El lugar es increíble y la atención es de lo mejor. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo. Lo único que hay que tomar en cuenta es que el acceso a la Laguna es algo difícil y no es apto para personas con movilidad limitada.

Una de las mejores experiencias de hospedaje que hemos tenido. El diseño del lugar es impecable con mucha atención a la sustentabilidad. Ideal para personas que gustan del arte y diseño. Las habitaciones son frescas, colchones de memory foam muy cómodos. Podíamos ver la laguna desde nuestra cama!! Cuentan con muchos espacios para descansar y disfrutar de la laguna, múltiples terrazas, camastros, hamacas. Solo son 6 habitaciones por lo que el lugar es muy tranquilo y callado, incluso cuando estaba lleno sentíamos que teníamos el lugar solo para nosotros. Pensamos que llegar al lugar sería complicado pero en verdad fue muy sencillo, es un camino de terracería de aproximadamente 1 km que se adentra en la naturaleza, nos tomó 5 minutos hacerlo. A nosotros nos gustó que estuviera alejado del ruido del pueblo, es como tener una parte del paraíso para ti solo. Llegar al pueblo nos tomó 10-15 min en auto (también se puede ir en taxi). En la propiedad viven 2 perras completamente amorosas y bien educadas, alegran la visita de todos los huéspedes. El staff fue muy amable y la comida está deliciosa. Es un lugar mágico!! Se nota todo el amor que hay detrás de este lugar. Ya queremos volver!

Azul Nomeolvides es un lugar espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza, paz y tranquilidad. Perfecto para venir a desconectar y relajarse. La habitación es muy cómoda, las vistas a la laguna son increíbles. Las amenidades a orilla de laguna invitan a pasar todo el día sin necesidad de salir. La comida que ofrecen es deliciosa. El servicio muy amable. Absolutamente inolvidable.
