An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!

This was a very clean hotel. Staff was excellent and friendly. Alice was super sweet and helpful for my friends and I. Could not recommend this hotel enough.
