"HOTEL ROOM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIRTY BED LINEN AND PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS WERE PROVIDED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN REPLACED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS OK, BUT AFTER CHECKOUT OUR TRAIN WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, THEY DIDN'T HAD FANS OR AC WORKING IN THE RECEPTION AREA SO THAT WE CAN WAIT THERE. Bedding is very bad … stained mattresses and covers
No laundry service not even willingness to help
No iron in the room

No AC in the corridors and even in the lobby
Driver’s room is very bad

"I would not stay in this hotel again. The hotel looks very goo from outside. Inside facilities were at the best poor.
The worst thing was the location on the internet. It showed 15 minutes walk to places of importance such as Ram Janmbhoomi. The sites of importance were at least a few miles away. Driving took more tha 40 minutes. Restaurant was terrible. In short, it was a very unsatisfactory stay."
