The property is new and has a great public bath ("onsen"). The room and bathroom amenities are better than average JP-branded hotel. It's great that we didn't have to "pick it up from the lobby." The only area of improvement is the size and comfort of the bed. It feels subpar for a hotel with such high standards in everywhere else.
