"It was amazing! The rooms are impeccable and I loved the balcony + rain shower-head! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was so great and free!!! O and the wifi was super fast! Only issue was that it was a little difficult for taxis to find this place and its a little far from old town but overall the experience was great and I would stay again!"

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

The BIG problem is lack of responsibility on the part of ownership to: 1. ensure they have satisfactory wifi--quality is currently poor, as the staff acknowledges. 2. STOP allowing guests to bring pets. each day there were instances of dogs barking for prolonged periods of time. the problem is not the dogs fault, but due to their irresponsible owners who do not attend to them. this hotel's business is quite good...ceasing to accept dogs...
