"Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced."

"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. "Super cute little house and rooms! The city is in walking distance but there are great restaurants just around the corner. English is almost impossible but the lady at the reception is so lovely and friendly that is almost doesn't matter ;) we still got everything we wanted or needed. Our room didn't have block out curtains they let all the light through. If you bring a mask and earplugs you'll be absolutely fine "
