"An absolutely beautiful location with an amazing garden. The hosts were wonderful to work with - responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We stayed at the apartment for a week, and used the kitchen often. It was well equipped for cooking although there is no standard oven.My wife celebrated her birthday while we were there and the hosts were kind enough to bring her flowers. This is a great place to spend your hard-earned vacation and we would go back in a heartbeat!One note of advice, the Villa is down a narrow, rough road and larger cars may find it challenging to navigate. We had a small SUV and it worked well."

"A wonderful place to stay! The views over the lake are breathtaking, the house is spacious and clean, and there are so many areas to sit and relax… the terrace, the balcony, the pergola, up by the pool. Trevignano is a lovely town, and we really enjoyed exploring the surrounding villages, too. Tess was super helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing, non-touristy trip to Italy. "

"You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room had two beds. One was a larger queen sized and one was a single with a memory foam topper. The larger bed had a harder mattress, but I always travel with a foam topper. Our bathroom was not in our room, but was right across from our room and very clean. "

"Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants.
The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there.
Overall, an absolute must-visit!"
