We had a wonderful dining experience in the surrounding restaurants, we loved that lot of restaurants and stores were a walking distance from our apartment. Receptionists were not very friendly and helpful. Apartment had a few things that needs to be repaired or replaced. "

They blocked the room keys because we did not pay the garage fees, which was included in the rental, , because we need place to stay and park the car. Very unfriendly costumer service, so no ,I never expected or experienced welcome like this. BUT THIS IS POLAND, nothing changed. Never again I will rent from company like this. Hotel only with downstairs reception. . We travel to Poland from Canada. AGAIN STAY...

"I dont know how many times i contact Rent Planet , Expedia etc., but to link the apartment with pictures of a pool , a kids area, gym, and in reality is not available it's really bad. We will never book Rent Planet again, because u dont know what you get."
