"FULLY stocked kitchen and big open spaces for gracious entertaining. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! I am so grateful for the opportunity we had to host there. Fun kayaks and views too! "

"The house that we stayed in, seems to be used for an assisted living home.There were posters and signs up throughout the house, including numbers over each bedroom and certificates that said it was used for just that! I was unaware of that! We had an issue with the television and when I messaged the host, he got back to me at first, but the message was very confusing and then I didn’t hear again from him til early the next morning, which by then was too late to watch the show we wanted to watch.There was no exterior lighting, so it was a bit scary navigating to get to the front door after darkThe bath towels we were offered were very, very thin and small. There were two fluffy towels, but we had three guests and the owner was aware of that.The toilet paper holder was broken before we got there, and there were no extra blankets anywhere to use in case you wanted to just lay and relax On a positive note, the beds were very comfortableThe kitchen was very clean and the table setting in the dining room was very prettyI’m not sure that I would stay here again because I do enjoy more amenities when I’m away from home i.e. Shampoo conditioner, body wash in the showers.Dish towel to wash the dishes since there is no dishwasherAnd definitely written directions on how to use the television"

"We came to Maryland for our son’s wedding and stayed here. Everything was perfect. We did not want for anything. Every detail was taken into consideration. Th kitchen was fully equipped and the coffee and tea station was perfect. The beds, linen’s and pillows were very comfortable. There were more than ample towels and even make up towels as well. The basement is a young persons dream. While we did not have any children with us. I can see a lot of fun with all the toys, puzzles and games waiting them. If you want, there is a washer dryer with detergent. The neighborhood was quiet and with off street parking a plus. I will for sure make this my go to location for future visits back to see our family."

"This was one of the best home rentals we've stayed at in a long time. The house was very clean and the lake view was spectacular. It was a nice & quiet area. Someone clearly lives in the house normally--there were clothes and things in the closets--but that didn't affect our stay at all. We enjoyed all the decorations and things that made it homey. Everything was comfortable, and they had extra things like a high chair (which we didn't need but would've appreciated if we did). They even left us some fresh eggs from their chickens, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend."
