First of all, the disrespect began when, early in the morning on the day of check-in, we received an email from the hotel saying that they could not accommodate us and that we would be sent to another hotel in the same chain, the Brezza Hotel. "My daughter and I had a fantastic stay with Annalisa. The room was very clean and neat, air condition was welcomed and the common areas were well equipped. The location is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants and within walking distance from the old town. Annalisa is the perfect host, always smiling, asking if we needed anything and she even drove us to the train station. I can really recommend Zuara9Rooms ☺️ "
