"We have stayed here before and had no real issue with anything but this time our room temperature was impossible to control. It was either hot or cold. We were so tired from traveling 12 hours and so late at night that we just put our coats on top of the sheets to sleep til we could try to get a refund in the morning. unfortunately no refund from the hotel or expedia. "
