"We were greeted warmly. Check in was smooth. Walk to elevator was short. Our room was clean and comfortable. After driving over 800 miles, the bed was a welcomed site. Slept wonderful. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Coffee was delicious down stairs. Will definitely be staying here in the future. My daughter is going college close by."

The General Palmer Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very helpful and courteous at all times. The whole building was restored to a very high level of quality and that is coming from a high level former custom home and commercial contractor. The convenience to the train ride, shopping and restaurants was excellent so if ever back in Durango, we will stay again."
