"Amazing hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was gorgeous with lots of character and history. Rooms were large and clean. Best of all, it’s pet friendly. We traveled with our dog Oliver who was greeted warmly. He graciously received a dog bed, food bowls, and mat. We can’t wait to return."

"This hotel is quite charming. This quiet and comfortable palace affords visitors the chance to unwind in a clean and relaxing atmophere, with beautiful views of the Tagus river and April 25 bridge. The staff were courteous, very helpful, attentive and friendly. Guests also have the chance to visit the art gallery complementary to their stay. The MACAM is just a few minutes walk from many restaurants, the marina as well as a short drive to sites such as the Belem Tower. I would certainly chose the MACAM for my next stay in Lisbon."

"What a great hotel the view from our room was specatular and also from the bar area. The young woman who checked us in was kind, helped with our luggage and suggested places to go. The room was large and the bed great and very clean. A far drive from downtown but well worth it for the view and the breeze and relaxing atmosphere."
