Nice hotel and friendly staff, room was just what we needed for our 3 day stay. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel but from what we could see the restaurant looked nice. Location is good with a supermarket opposite and nearby to the metro stop. Only complaint would be the one tea bag in the room with the kettle and two mugs. Called down to ask if we could get coffee, sugar and spoons and told the tea bag was all that they offered.

Excellent hotel, clean and very comfortable room, courteous and helpful staff, great location with Metro stations and Rossio square and Baixa neighbourhood within steps. The rooftop bar and restaurant is fabulous with a wonderful view of the surrounding streets.
