  • These ruins are part of the Historic City of Ayuttaya UNESCO World Heritage Site. The three stupas hold the ashes of three important kings who ruled the kingdom. The ruins are part of the royal palace that was built sometime between 1351-1369. The ruins are very awesome to see but people do not pay much attention to signs about not climbing on them - but no one enforces the rules either. Sad to see such old architecture being disrespected by someone trying to take a perfect selfie.

Lovely hotel, great location

This was the perfect location to explore the historic sites. The hotel is lovely, particularly the garden and top veranda. The owner was very helpful as were the staff.

アユタヤのホテル

しっかり、管理をして施設を大切にしているホテルです。ビジネスホテルとは違い、自然の中で寝泊まりしている感じが味わえて、特別な雰囲気のあるホテルです。アユタヤでゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができます。 また、自転車も貸してくださるので、アユタヤの遺跡やレストランを自分でまわることができます。 高級さを求めるならおすすめはしませんが個人的にはよかったです。ホテルの方も親切でした。

Hôtel Niwas. Chambre économique à éviter.

Nous avions pris une chambre de type économique, mais il n’était pas indiqué que la douche et les WC étaient sur le palier et très basique. La chambre avait des murs en bois, laissant passer le jour, ainsi que le bruit de la rue et la chaleur. Il y avait bien un climatiseur mais très bruyant, ne nous permettant pas de dormir.

Well located and managed hotel near the key sites

This was a nice property, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. They have an honour system drink cooler, which was handy, and the coffee was complimentary. The location was fantastic, close to most of the key sites I wanted to see, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The negatives: The room was small. It was fine for one, but would be a little tight for more than one. The wifi was fine out on the little sitting area out front of the bungalow, and it was good at the foot of the bed. But if you were lying at the head of the bed, as you normally would, the wifi was almost non-existent. So that was inconvenient. The property has several bikes, but I was told they were all old and were broken. One of the reviews I saw for the property said they had bikes for use. I intended to use them, so they should have at least a couple of them fixed. There are plenty of places nearby to rent a bike, so there were other options, just not the one I hoped for. Overall a good experience, but with some things that could be improved (especially the wifi issue, which is critical these days)

Ligging mooi centraal, vriendelijke eigenaar die overal mee hielp. Gratis gebruik van fietsen. Gezellig en knus. Wij zaten in het "tuinhuisje" erg leuk. Zouden hier wel weer heen gaan.

Great stay!

We had a great 2 night stay at Niwas Ayutthaya! The bungalow was tidy and we enjoyed chilling on the front terrace. The location is fine and walking distance to places to eat and drink, we walked from the train station which took about 30mins. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast a few doors one way and hired bicycles a few the other way. Bicycles are the perfect way to explore the temples and park. They have a fridge with drinks that you can access and leave the money in an honesty box. We enjoyed that and the complimentary chips to go with our beer! It was a great stay. The owner is lovely and the place is looked after well. Would definitely recommend.

50代夫婦＋70代の両親で宿泊。 バンガローは、テラス付きでダブルベット1台にトイレシャワールーム（シャワーカーテンで仕切る）広さもあって使いやすかったです。シャワールームのドアがベットの足拭きマットの幅位しか離れてなくてちょっと出入りがねって感じはありまししたが、清潔さもあり、庭に来る鳥の声に癒やされました。 両親の部屋は、母屋にあるダブルベットのワンルームにトイレシャワールーム付きで、やはり清潔でゆとりも有り両親も喜んでくれてました。 朝は、売店カウンターの所に飲み物と軽食（小ぶりのマフィン、ロールケーキ、クロワッサン）が用意されていて、無料サービスセルフで頂けました。 マネージャーの方がすごく感じが良くて、泊まって良かったと思える宿でした。

For the area, the AC was from what we gather, normal. It was subpar for what we expected, but it did let us sleep at night. Additionally, the service is amazing, the staff are the best.

アユタヤ遺跡を周るのに便利

アユタヤの主な遺跡を周るにはいい場所にあると思います。自転車も無料で貸してくれます。 部屋は狭く虫もいたため体中食われまくりました。このあたりの対策をホテル側もしてくれると良 いと思います。（虫よけスプレーは必須）また、このホテルでは無くアユタヤ自体の問題でしょう が、水道水は臭いがしました。勿論タイの水道水は飲めませんが、歯を磨く際のうがいなども 売られている水でやりました。ホテルも無料の水（ペットボトル普通サイズ２本）を用意してくれていますが、それ以外にも用意しておいた方がいいと思います。家族経営のホテルの様で、過去の書き込みにもありましたがオーナーさんはじめ、みなさん人当たりの良い人です。なんでも今年家族で日本を旅行し、渋谷、新宿、河口湖などに行ったそうで、今度は大阪に行きたいと言っていました。

Très bon accueil, le gérant est serviable et sympathique. Par contre, quelques points négatifs. Sol de la douche glissant, lunette des toilettes mobile, douchette pas très bien placée, tête de lit poussiéreuse, les murs en bois de la chambre sont poussiéreux, la climatisation au dessus de la tête de lit pas très agréable et sale. Bouteilles d'eau à température ambiante de la piéce, soit 35 degrés. On rentre d'excursion, la clim est coupée, le bungalow est une vrai fournaise
