"Very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. The room where we stayed was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also provided bottled water, coffee, and toiletries. I will definitely book at Casa De Vigan when given another chance to visit Vigan again."

The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "very limited choices for breakfast, the “double” bed could not comfortably fit 2 people. ( Booked standard double bed) Also in our 3 days of stay, nobody went to clean/fix the room. All of the staff are helpful, courteous and always willing to help. Perhaps just place clean rugs in the bathroom and replenish guest amenities daily."
