If you like exploring a city on foot, this is an ideal home base. Service is mostly good, with one caveat: it can be slow at times, especially during busier moments. That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. "Staff were really nice. I am beyond impressed. Bed is clean and extremely comfortable. The room is clean. Shower is amazing. I love that there is no longer a shower curtain! Glass doors. I was really concerned when I booked it but needed a place to stay close to the airport due to a flight cancellation that did not cost a lot. I could not be more impressed. I would definitely book in again. "
