"When we arrived this hotel, our room is not ready even though I t already passed check-in time, the front desk staff had no apologize no any willingness to solve the problem. Just told us sit there to Wait 40 minutes. This is not acceptable. We spend US$398 for one night, at least we should be able to check in at the time indicated on the reservation.
