"12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. "Second time staying here. Lovely reception area. Friendly staff. Large bedroom with lovely view over the river. Good sized bathroom with plenty of toiletries provided. However bathroom was a bit dated and worn looking in places. The grab bar in the bath was corroded and didn’t look the best. Good choice available for breakfast. "Large clean bedrooms but the hotel is old and could do with updating. Friendly helpful staff and good location as just a short walk into town. Cafe next door opens early if you want breakfast. Lots of free parking close by."
