Good hotel, fair location.

Hotel was fine, clean and had a good service. However when I booked it, the site map located it in Huichihuayan, about 6 miles north from where it was really located. I recently checked the map again and is been corrected. Overall it is a good hotel.

La recepcionista no era atenta, nomás éramos los únicos huéspedes, no teníamos papel de baño, tenías que ir a decirle que nos diera, también del boiler el Agua no estaba caliente y les teníamos que decir a cada rato, nunca nos preguntó si se nos ofrecía algo.

No es realidad

Las fotos no dicen la realidad del hotel, están desactualizadas, no hay restaurante funcionando, el agua de la alberca está sucia, hay que estar solicitando cada 12 hrs la contraseña de wifi, la TV no servía, los cables de la TV y otros aparatos estaban a la vista, la verdad por el precio esperaba más.

Una decepción por el costo

El hotel no esta en las condiciones de las fotografías. En la habitación se estaba cayendo pedazos del techo La alberca estaba sucia le falta mantenimiento. Las toallas y jabon no estan en la habitación se tienen que pedir en recepción La temperatura de la habitación estaba muy caliente cundo llegamos y fue muy tardado que enfriará

Fatal la regadera goteaba,no podias dormir, no tenia presion para bañarte, sucio,totalmente incomodo. Hotels.com no debe tener estos hoteles como una opcion.

El servicio del hotel fue excelente el servicio de recepción la atención del personal la limpieza de todo el hotel pero el servicio de la cocina y bar pésimo tardadisimo el bar hasta 2 horas para recibir unas bebidas comida muy regular podría llegar a mala y pésimo manejo de los precios y las comandas de lo que se pidió, te cobran algo que no pediste y lo que pediste no lo incluyen..... Si volvería al hotel pero no consumirá nada del restaurante bar

We were checking in very late, around midnight. The property itself and the rooms were good, but we needed to switched rooms twice, due to no electricity on any of the previous two, no wi-fi signal at all in the rooms as advertised. Then, the last room assigned to us did have the electricity working, but no water, then they said. they just needed to open a a water valve downstairs and will be no problem. Morning came by and still no water, I went down stairs (no in room telephones), to tell them about the water issue. Answer was they opened the wrong water valve the night before and they will do it right this time. I did notice the wi-fi signal was strong in the small lobby, so I improvise a little office right there by the front desk and have some of my job work done using my laptop that was at 6am, finished about an hour later wen to my room and still no water. So I was so angry and disappointed, I did not say a word but, I really thank the employees, because they really tried and were so embarrassed for a situation that was out of their hands. Nothing else to be done at that time, but to hit the road once again, with another 300 miles to drive that day and not even able to take a shower, that was not nice.

Mal servicio, habitaciones nada agradables,

Pesimo servicio, nunca habia agua caliente, en ocasiones ni agua habia, que los cuartos parecian derrumbarse, las puertas super viejitas, en lo personal el costo de las habitaciones esta sobrevalorado, en mi experiencia no volveria a hospedarme ahi, el estacionamiento esta atras del hotel sin luz y sin pavimentar, las albercas estan sucias, las fotos deben de ser de 5 años atras porque el hotel no esta nada similiar a lo que se muestra, es mejor buscar otra opcion de hospedaje .

Pésimo. Mal olor en la habitación. No había agua caliente, tuve que reportarlo y se tardaron al menos 1hr en prender el boiler. El restaurante asqueroso. Comida detestable. No vayan, mejor quedense en mero Xilitla.

Queda a muy poco tiempo de Xilitla, a unos 20 minutos, es un buen lugar para descansar después de un día de caminata. Cuanta con un restaurante por si no quieren salir a buscar. La comida es buena. La alberca está limpia. Me gusto. Lo recomiendo.
