"I would certainly recommend the Maximilian hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a walk round the corner for tram and bus stops and two minutes the other way takes you to the Old Town. Staff at reception were excellent and when we asked for a kettle in the room they obliged straight away they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were spot on cleaning the room and changing towels daily. Staff at breakfast were also very attentive especially Anastasia who welcomed us each morning with a beautiful smile. If we ever return to Innsbruck we will definitely stay at the Maximilian again."

"We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely dining room overlooking the town. Restaurants and places to visit all very close by and convenient car park also very close. The hotel has some limited parking on site. We would happily stay again."

"Large comfortable King bed, floor to ceiling windows looking to The Alps. Soundproof windows that open. Modern. Fantastic views from 12 foor rooftop breakfast. Under 10 min walk to historic area, 5 min to shopping mall 1 min from train station which has grocery and food. Multiple fast elevators that require key card for added safety. Secure luggage storage. Staff speak English."
