"Location: The hotel is very convenient because it is right next to the Rinku Town Train Station, close to the Premium Outlet, and just one station away from the airport. They also have a shuttle bus that can take you to the airport; you just need to schedule it at the front desk. Hotel: The staff is nice and helpful with all your inquiries. The bedrooms are good and look quite new. However, the room we got had a carpet that seemed to need shampooing because it had many stains. The bathroom was clean but had an odor in the toilet. Even when we first entered, there was already a urine smell. We sprayed a cleaner, but the pee smell still lingered. Overall, the experience was worth it due to the convenience and the nice location."

"Hotel staff were very hospitable! Check in was simple and quick! They delivered my delivered luggage to the room ahead of time. The rooms are not up to date, but very clean and has all the amenities. Convenient location for points of interest near the waterfront but a 15 minute walk to Sannomiya. This was my second time in this hotel and I would stay again."
