The good:The room was styled nicely and spacious. I was welcomed as well as given a welcome gift. The hotel is in a very good location to be close to activities as well as restaurants. There is a bridge that will take you to their casino as well as the sky tower, restaurants and other activities.
The bad: They give you the option to reuse towels and wash cloths. My used *wet* wash cloth was rolled and set atop an unused one. That did not make sense to me.
I ordered a club sandwich from room service that was so awful in taste that I only had one bite. Not toasted, chicken no flavor, just not good. When the cleaning people came the next day, they cleaned and left the room service tray from the day before with the old sandwich.
The good far outweighs the bad with this hotel, I would just think twice about the club sandwich.

On arrival from the Carpark to reception - we found it very dated, carpet and walls could well do with updating. Apart from that everything was awesome.
We book a Lounge access room, which we thought was great, well worth paying the extra for that type of room and the extras it offers. Staff were great, Breakfast was great... overall a really nice stay & would stay here again in a Lounge access room

"I left my mobile in the uber the reception staff were super helpful and within ten minutes i had my phone back with me and a nice cold bottle of water to drink during what was a very stressful time. I would definitely stay again."
