Will be available in 2026! New to rental market in desirable Avon by the Sea. This 2 BR/ 1.5 BA freshly painted cottage is just down the lane from the beach. A two story home that sleeps 6 comfortably. The home is bright and sunny and walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shopping, restaurants and local bars. A bike ride from Asbury Park or Sea Girt and every stop in between. The house is equipped with an outdoor shower & deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A professionally landscaped side yard with sprinklers has table/chairs/umbrella PERFECT FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING , Weber gas grill to BBQ and central AC when the cool Ocean breeze is simply not enough on hot summer nights. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two brand new Smart TV's, WIFI, 4 beach chairs, umbrella. The shed is available to store your bikes. Perfect home at beach

The cottage is perfect for 2-4 people. Karen thought out what guests would need and provided plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. Very easy to clean and great washer and dryer. Would come back again!
