Stimmung Garden/park

The property sits high above Avola and is reached through a winding Road, but the View is amazing and the garden or better park is stunning with own tennis court and swimming Pool. The House is somehow 50s Style, but very Clean and tidy. The hosts are very helpful

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa des oliviers avec sa jolie vue mer, son grand terrain, sa piscine propre et bien entretenue. La maison est bien équipée et dans un quartier calme. La literie était de qualité. Les échanges avec Ermano et Stephano étaient très agréables. Les réponses étaient rapides. À noter que la 2ème salle de bain est au rez de chaussée accessible par un escalier extérieur, ce qui n’était pas clairement précisé dans l’annonce. La maison dispose d’équipements sportifs (ping-pong, baby foot…) pour passer de bons moments

Haus mit Charme

Pros: Das äußerst geräumige und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem ländlichen Gebiet auf einer Anhöhe nahe Avola, Noto und Syrakus. Es ist umgeben von einem liebevoll angelegten Garten, der in einen Olivenhain übergeht von dem man eine wunderbare Aussicht bis zum Meer hat. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sogar mit einem kulinarischen Willkommensgeschenk wurden wir begrüßt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl inmitten der Natur gelegen, gab es im Haus außer ein paar Mücken keine ungebetenen Mitbewohner. Erfrischend war das Bad im geräumigen Pool nach einer Runde Tischtennis oder Boule auf der sehr schönen Boule-Bahn. Für die Fußballfans gibt es sogar einen großen Fußballplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein Geheimtipp ist eine Wanderung im nahe gelegenen Cava Grande Cassabile. Dafür sind allerdings unbedingt Wanderschuhe und Badesachen zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
