Excellent accommodation

We had a wonderful stay, the property is perfectly laid out. The pool is brilliant. The location is excellent, close to many brilliant beaches, Noto and not far from Syracuse. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing time

We had a wonderful stay at Corrado’s villa. It was very relaxing, the pool was amazing, very big and the front of the villa was like an oasis of calm, with its array of beautiful palm tress. The location was perfect, with easy access to Noto, Syracuse, Monica and Ragusa, all of which were stunning. Corrado was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for South East Sicily Holidays

We had a great time at Corrado’s villa. It is private, secure and well equipped. The pool is fantastic and the air conditioning was very effective in the unseasonably warm weather. The location is perfect for day trips to Scicli, Ragusa, Cavagrande, Noto, Syracuse/Ortigia and Catania. Corrado is a welcoming and friendly host.

Fabulous property

Lovely villa in Avola - great location for exploring Noto, Syracuse and some great local beaches. The villa is incredible well equipped and the outside area and pool were just fabulous. The owner, Corrado, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here for am 11 night family holiday with children aged 7 and 10. The pool, pool area and front veranda are the best parts. Owner, Corrado is friendly and helpful.The inside of the villa is quite simple (for example the kitchen facilities) but comfortable, with good air conditioning and Wi-FI. It is on the outskirts of the town of Avola, which isn't one of the nicest towns in South Sicily, but good to pop to (5 mins drive) for a meal or gelato; and the villa location is good generally for exploring the region

The rental was perfect for us. The best aspect is the pool - we spent a lot of time there. Corrado was helpful and always checking with us that everyhing was okay. Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but as long as you have a car, it is perfect to see nearby places like Noto, Syracuse, or the beach. We had a fantastic week.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der schönen, sauberen Villa. Umgeben von Zitronenplantagen konnten wir vor dem Haus im Schatten oder im sonnigen Poolbereich immer einen angenehmen Platz finden. Die Ausstattung ist grundlegend. Besonders der Strand in Noto hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ohne Auto geht's dort nicht.

Tolle Anlage mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Außenanlage und Pool sind das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht, aber funktional. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Gute Lage. Strände und Ausflugsziele liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Corrado war trotz sprachlicher Hürden einwandfrei und nett. Ein späterer Check-out war auf Nachfrage mühelos und kostenfrei möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlen pur

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser charmanten und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Vermieter Corrado hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns eine detaillierte Einweisung zum Haus und der Außenanlage gegeben. Auch darüber hinaus war er jederzeit erreichbar und kam alle paar Tage, um den Müll abzuholen und den Pool aufzuarbeiten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gab gutes wlan, eine Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter, Klopapier, Waschmittel und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Unser Favorit war die großzügige Außenanlage mit den Zitronenbäumen, der großen Terrasse und der tolle Poolbereich. Wir können die Unterkunft und den freundlichen Service empfehlen und planen jetzt schon unsere nächste Reise in diese wohlfühl Oase. Lieben Dank Corrado!

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr groß, auch die Terrasse und der Pool waren sehr schön. Die Fenster haben Sicherheitsgitter und Fliegennetze. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage (hatten wir im Mai nicht benötigt). Auch sehr schön ist der Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen, den Palmen und der abendlichen Beleuchtung. Auch kann man kann sein Auto gut auf dem Grundstück parken. Prima ist auch das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine in einem separaten Zimmer. Vielen Dank an dich lieber Corrado für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Prachtig plekje

De omgeving van het huis is niet heel fantastisch, maar als je de poort doorgaat kom je in een soort oase. Mooie tuin, heerlijk groot zwembad met ligbedden en een buitendouche. Er was zelfs een dakterras, maar dat was niet echt in gebruik. Wat ons opviel was de uitrusting in het huis. Het is een 5-persoonshuis, maar er zijn bijv. 2 eethoeken (binnen en buiten) met 4 stoelen. De woning heeft 2 airco's wat heerlijk was tijdens de hittegolf. Corrado was een prima gastheer, heel behulpzaam en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Avola zag er 's-avonds gezellig uit met de lampjes boven de straten. Parkeren was wel wat lastig. Wij hebben een paar keer gegeten bij Cabiria. Dit zit aan de boulevard, vlak naast het reuzenrad, en is heel gezellig en op tijd open. In de buurt zijn mooie zandstrandjes (wel auto nodig), met een schone zee. Ook is er een Lidl en Eurospin (en meerdere supermarkten) in de buurt om je boodschappen te doen. We hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Urlaub mit Kindern

Die Villa mit Pool ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück inmitten von Zitronenhainen ist schön und nicht einsehbar. Der Pool ist toll, und die Strände sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.

Ottima soluzione

La casa è stupenda, fresca a tutte le ore nonostante le temperature esterne altissime e fornita di tutto quanto occorre. Il patio, il giardino curato e la stupenda piscina rendono la soluzione ottimale anche per chi non vuole andare necessariamente tutti i giorni in spiaggia. Il signor Corrado è poi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
