The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. It features two bright and spacious bedrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, a bathroom, and a parking space.
The apartment is situated at the foot of the beautiful Sabbionara d’Avio Castle, just a few minutes from the bike path and the train station. Additionally, there are numerous trails nearby for those who want to run, bike, walk in the woods, or go hiking. We’re about 30 minutes from Lake Garda, and the Polsa-San Valentino ski slopes are about a 20–25-minute drive away.

With self-check-in, you can enter the property on your own. You’ll be provided with instructions on the quick and easy check-in process. Before entering the house, you’ll be asked to present your identification and pay the tourist tax for the Province of Trento, which is 1.00 euro per person per day for a maximum of 10 days.

Upon arrival, you’ll find towels, sheets, comforters, and everything you need for your stay—all included in the price.
