This was the perfect house for a family of 4 and a family of 5 to enjoy some lake time before going back to school. Plenty of room both indoors and out! The kayaks and canoe were a great bonus! Some of the best views of the lake imaginable. You won’t regret staying here and we’ll be back!
We loved everything about this home. The layout was perfect for our large extended family. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there - and we are a cooking family! The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We loved the lake access and games provided both inside and out. We hope to come back at some point.
We stayed at the beginning of December for our family “Christmas “ get-together. The place was amazing! And the hosts went above and beyond; even decorating the place for the holidays. The location was so peaceful with a beautiful lake view and amazing wildlife. It was so amazing to be able to just sit quietly and watch the deer!
Highly recommended.
The views are amazing. Seeing the dear in the morning and evening was awesome. The house is spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home. We appreciated the home being accessible with no stairs to enter. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience and for the wine! We didn’t want to leave.
House was great and clean. It was everything we needed for a family visit at the lake. We utilized pretty much everything including the kayaks. I will say to make sure you bring ice and water since the ice maker to the fridge didn’t work and it seemed the water line was also not hooked up. Some additional information on the AC vents in the back of the house would have been helpful as well since that part tends to stay a bit warmer than the rest of the house. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.
Great property that that was clean and bright - it suited all our needs! Beautiful view of the lake. Wheelchair accessible although entry was a bit steep and bumpy - we managed with two strong men. Don’t let this be a deterrent if considering this property. Everything else was absolutely wonderful and we had a super time. Lots of deer came through each day and we met the neighborhood cat!!🐈. Great variety of games that have been well taken care. Bring your own ice and prepare to relax. If you have subscriptions to Netflix, etc, bring the passwords if you intend to use them while you’re the there. We did not use kayaks/canoe as the lake choppy during our stay. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to kick back and relax.
Great place to spend with good friends. Plenty of room for all. Clean and comfortable.

The house was very nice. Did needed to have the property exterminated due to roaches. Very nice inside and enjoyed the deer coming around daily. Parking for boats is very tight but manageable. Enjoyed out stay.
Second annual family and friends lake trip. The house is still perfect! The kayaks, canoes and corn hole was fantastic. The perfect house for a Lake O the Pines get away! Looking forward to the third annual trip!
This is a lovely lake home! The home is clean and spacious and never felt crowded with our group of 11. It is very comfortable and well provisioned. We loved hanging out on the deck, watching the deer come through in the morning and evening, canoeing and kayaking in the lake, fishing, enjoying a fire and watching the amazing sunsets The bald eagle sightings were a special treat. The property manager responded quickly to my questions. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to come back and stay again!
Beautiful place for a family get together. Room for everyone to spread out and was very comfortable too. There were 10 of us and we never felt crowded. Three of the bedrooms could be shut off from the rest of the house for those that wanted to go to bed early and/or sleep late. Easy walk in access to the lake. And watching the deer come into the yard daily was a wonderful bonus. Would stay here again!

The house layout and location were perfect. We did have couple of issues though. When some of our group arrived, the code to unlock the door was not working and we were not able to get it resolved for over an hour. Also, one of the shower heads was not working the first night of our stay. The shower was repaired on the second day once i was able to communicate with the host, and she did tell us that we could have a late check out for the inconvenience of the code not working. We would give it a 5 star if it weren’t for those issues.
This was the perfect spot on the lake to getaway! The lake house is stunning. There's lots of room, great spaces to cook, hang out, and just relax! We had the best time!!
Our group of 7 ladies in their 70's were very pleased with our stay. Though not everything was flawless, the overall experience was really good. We have challenges due to aging such as mobility and sleep issues. Because the house is laid out well our special needs were accommodated. Beds were comfortable. Decorations were beautiful. Peaceful atmosphere. Everyone was able to enjoy the house and patio areas. The view of the lake, wildlife (especially deer) especially enjoyable. Contact with the host was very good. There are a few issues which are rather specific which are due to wear and tear/ aging of the facility can be discussed with recommendations. But overall we are considering returning next year for our annual retreat. Thank you for your hospitality.
