I have a Studio with King size bed and comfortable pull out couch, the week of July 28th -August 4th in Avila Beach right on the beach, available. It's very spacious and comfortable, fits three adult-sized people, or a family of four with small children. Full Kitchen, across from a clean safe beach, next to a golf course, with a gentle estuary and pub, 10 minute walk to downtown Avila for restaurants, boardwalk, wine tasting, 10 minute drive to fruit stand and petting zoo, or hot springs.

No dogs in the hotel. But there is a Fabulous dog ranch 7 minutes away that you can board with in and out privileges so you doggy can join you on your hike or beach day. Book separately.

Offering $315 flat Per a Night (hotel only) or $2000 for the week, starting on a Friday - enjoy the weekend and relax with a quiet week. Equipped kitchen means no rushing out for breakfast every day, keep your home schedule while away. No crowded time frames. Just your own schedule. The resort also has nightly activities, or a gentle stroll on the beach or sit on the lawn and watch the sunset.

Anywhere online you will find taxes and resort fee(about $60extra per night). I'm basically giving 7 days for 5. You can't get better in resort, amenities and location at this price. You'll need a credit card for the security deposit and incidentals.
