This beautiful luxury home on the waterfront in beautiful Avila Beach awaits you. Casa Azul offers every amenity available to make your stay comfortable. Ocean views from almost every window and from the rooftop deck, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout and Thermador appliances, including a 48" range.

Front bedroom has queen-size bed, ocean view, soaking tub, and separate glass-enclosed tile shower, and pedestal sink.

Primary bedroom has king-size bed, partial ocean views, fireplace, huge bathroom with soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed tile shower, two pedestal sinks, and a walk-in closet.

Third bedroom has queen-size bed, and a separate bathroom with glass-enclosed tile shower.

Sleeping nook has a double-size bed.

Best Location

We booked Casa Azul to attend a wedding 15 minutes from Avila Beach. This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. The views are stunning, and my family did not want to leave! We hope to have the opportunity to go back again!

Can’t Wait to To Go Back.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Azul. Everything was so clean and well appointed. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of everything. The view was incredible, everything was so comfortable. Could go for a walk every morning on the beach and then come back and enjoy coffee looking at the ocean. Had family from age 18-90 and we all can’t wait to go back. And it also had an enough room for us all to spread out which is key when you are there for a week!

Beautiful home

We absolutely love this property! The interior is gorgeous, the kitchen is set up well to cook. The views are so pretty. The rooftop is a great space to hang out. Just a few steps and you’re at the beach or a great playground for the littles. We are repeat guests and intend on more visits!

Absolutely Exceptional

The property's beach location is perfect, exit the very private entrance and you're steps to the beach. The views are amazing. The place is so clean. You can hear the waves all day long. Very relaxing and comfortable. Super easy walks to beach restaurants with great food. Such an awesome time with kids and grandkids whether inside or outside.We booked 2 separate weeks this year and are so looking forward to our return this summer.Allison is top-tier outstanding. Our favorite place to Vrbo!

Another year and Casa Azul did not disappoint! Such a beautiful home in a spectacular location. We have been coming here for years with our family and it is our favorite vacation of the year. Birthday Extravaganza

Cleanest house we have ever rented. Quite luxurious and completely beach appropriate interior. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fun to cook in. Being right on the boardwalk had us in the beach vibe all during our stay. The host made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. We will be renting here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely few days between Christmas and New Year’s. This is a high end home with a prime location right in the center of Avila beach. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was well furnished with everything we needed. Only problem was an incorrect code for the key lock box which made accessing the property difficult.

Fun place to stay

Great property to rent. Very convenient location Loved being right across from beach. Farmers market was a lot of fun. Really enjoyed everything being so close and convenient. Only thing was some mornings there was more noise than usual from the surrounding businesses…. And it looked like the roof top deck furniture had not been cleaned. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Memorable Stay at Casa Azul for an Event in the Area

We chose to stay at Casa Azul because we were attending an event in the area. Our stay at Casa Azul was truly enjoyable. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views were incredible, and we also enjoyed the rooftop and the beautiful sunsets. Being within walking distance to all the restaurants was great; we didn't have to drive anywhere for any meals. The flowers and the welcoming sign for our family added a nice touch. Having two parking spots available was very convenient. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful stay!

Our Happy Place!

Avila Beach is a paradise on the Central Coast and Casa Azul makes it that much more fabulous. The location with access to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach makes for a fantastic getaway. This was our third stay and the accommodations are always comfortable, clean and beautiful. Management is very easy to work with. And, to be situated over Blue Moon over Avila was so fun. We started each day to the wafting scents of French onion soup which is the best French onion soup we've all had. With so many other activities so close throughout the central coast, Avila beach and Casa Azul make it hard to leave and go anywhere else during the day.

We left the beach refreshed & ready to take on the world again

This was our 4th visit to Avila Beach & our 2nd stay in Casa Azul where all future stays will be. The home is beautiful, the location across the street from the beach is perfect, & the manager, Allison, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The rooftop is wonderful in the evening as the sun sets as well as in the morning making breakfast. Downstairs, in the house, the large table surrounded by windows was perfect for our card games. The ages of our group were from 5 to 79 and every one of us enjoyed themselves. The TVs were never turned on and never missed.

Fantastic property in every way

Beautiful property and great location so conveniently located across a walkway from the beach. Was perfect for our adult children and grandchild. Spacious bedrooms, living area and great kitchen. Great roof area for relaxing and enjoying the view. Convenient private parking via underground garage. Able to enjoy several beach walks. With our grandchild in mind, appreciated no stairs in the interior, only located outside. When we had questions the property manager answered them promptly and completely. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were very gracious. We will book again!!

Fantastic Beach Rental

Our family of 6 adults & 3 kids has stayed here a week each summer for 9 years. We cannot express how much fun we have had & how great this rental is. Now that the kids are getting older (3, 6 and 10), we have outgrown it, or we'd be coming back next year. In late June, the mornings are overcast and cool - perfect for a bike ride or walk on the nearby Bob Jones Trail, or a morning on the beach with the locals & their dogs ( until 10:00). If it's low tide, you can explore the rocks near the river's entrance to the ocean. Afternoons are warm/hot on the beach, and windy. Waves are ok for boogy boarding. Very few surfers. The low beach incline makes the beach friendlier for smaller kids. Great beach for digging in the sand. Very good Friday farmer's market with a band and lots of people. Dancing too. We cook every meal, so the rental expense is more manageable. The kitchen has all we ever needed. BBQ grill works well. There are several good local restaurants & and several wineries, one of which, "Peloton" is just downstairs. We park three cars in the garage, but it's very tight. The spaces are for two cars. Elevator access to the unit from the garage, but beach access is down a flight of stairs, unless you walk around the building. Caveats - the front bedroom gets noise from the restaurant downstairs in the afternoon and until 10:30 at night.

Wow... Exceptional...

This place is amazing. It's right on the main thoroughfare of Avila Beach and we loved it. It's in the middle of everything yet so private. Just a few barefoot steps to the beach and back is awesome. We could hear the waves crashing day and night. It's so relaxing and comfortable here. BBQ'ing on the rooftop... really? So fun. Super easy walks to the beach restaurants with great food. This was our 2nd week this year (we stayed in March and again in July)... Such great experiences. Our host Allison is top-notch - so quick to response and so helpful.
