"Hotel muy correcto en todo, limpieza, atención del personal, etc, y en una ubicación excelente. No sabía que era pet-friendly, procuro evitar este tipo de establecimientos porque soy alérgico pero realmente no se notó. Realmente creo que no había huéspedes con mascotas. En definitiva, buena experiencia en este hotel."

"room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was bit small compared to the USA size but manageable. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Hotel staff was very friendly from the two ladies working the front desk of checkin and the lady working the morning breakfast, all very helpful. Hotel is in good walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Car parking can be a bit tough so that would be my only caution. I would return to the hotel. "

"With having only eight rooms, this boutique hotel is amazing. We arrived (from Lisbon by train) early so popped in to drop our luggage. Although we were earlier than 3pm, our room was ready so we were able to check-in. Staff are incredibly polite and even gave us a brief history of the building, whilst escorting us to the room. The room was fabulous and beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Three double, shuttered windows over-looking the canal. When open it could be a little noisy, simply from the boats tooting their horns, which was fun! When shut, the windows were total sound-proofed and black-out shutters. There is a lift/elevator. There is even a rooftop bar and seating area inside and outside balcony. The bar is via an honesty system, which we didn't use but looked amazing choice and reasonable price. The bed was very comfortable and superb power shower. So, highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. "

"Wonderful new hotel. Room was well designed and washroom was excellent. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. We stayed for dinner one night and had the Chef experience menu. It was fantastic! Staff was so attentive, Chef and the food was Michelin star quality."

"Poolside seating in the indoor pool was very comfortable. Not sure about the one outside. Hotel is very well located close to everything and very good options for dining. That is no parking available unless you pay $25 a day at the hotel and they will offer valet parking. Overall very nice experience."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, no elevators, good location, there is construction outside but didn’t make noise while we were there. The breakfast was basic but good to start the day. Street parking, so we had to park a block away."

"The room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom had everything you need including large towels. The only concern would be the air conditioning did not work, but since the temperature at night got down to 60 we just opened the balcony door. If it would have been hot, the room would get quite stuffy."
