The property is located on the second floor and accessible by lift.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room has a dining table for four and a desk perfect for remote workers.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom on the mezzanine floor has a queen bed and a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is in a residential neighbourhood close to the city's main attractions and amenities. Several small parks and green areas are nearby, including the Parque Infante Dom Pedro, a popular spot for picnics and leisure activities. Additionally, the Forum Aveiro shopping centre is just a few minutes walk from the address and features a variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre. While it is not in the exact city centre, it is still conveniently located and provides easy access to many of Aveiro's main attractions and services.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Aveiro Train Station is just a 15-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour's drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
