Our 41m2 apartment offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the best of Aveiro's cultural heritage, lively atmosphere, and coastal beauty. Whether savouring local delicacies, exploring the scenic lagoon, or unwinding on the nearby beaches, this property promises a memorable and enriching stay in Aveiro, Portugal.

The property is located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a kitchen island where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Aveiro is often called the "Venice of Portugal" thanks to its picturesque canals lined with colourful moliceiro boats. Just steps from the property, you can explore the city's main canal, where boat tours are popular for sightseeing and provide a unique view of Aveiro's Art Nouveau architecture.

Within walking distance, you'll find Forum Aveiro, a popular open-air shopping centre with a variety of retail stores, cafes, and restaurants. Nearby, Mercado do Peixe (Fish Market) offers fresh seafood and a lively dining experience in the surrounding area, where traditional Portuguese seafood dishes are a speciality.

For those interested in history and culture, the Museu de Aveiro is close by and located in a former convent, offering insight into the region’s heritage and art collections. Praça Marquês de Pombal, a charming historic square, is also nearby and offers an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the local ambience, with cafes and shops lining its edges.

Nature lovers can take a quick trip to Parque Infante Dom Pedro, a serene park with winding pathways, lush greenery, and peaceful spots to unwind. The area is well-served by transportation, with the Aveiro train station just a short walk away, providing connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other destinations in Portugal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 58-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
