"The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. Men had niet op ons gerekend en was totaal niet op de hoogte van de reservering, terwijl er maanden geleden al was geboekt en betaald. De staat van onderhoud was ronduit slecht. Geen pool, veel stroom uitval, geen eten, terwijl we full board hadden geboekt. Er was enkel een keuze uit water, thee en oploskoffie. Het ontbijt bestond uit eieren en toast.
