GREAT STAY

Was really amazing stay the breakfast was lovely the area of the hotel is quite rural compared to the main town being 2km away. There is construction work going on nearby currently but it’s not noisy at all just ruins the aesthetic. it is quite dark in the rooms as it’s a cave experience but some of the bulbs didn’t work for some of the lights and the WiFi had a few issues that were not resolved in our short stay but the room was FANTASTIC exactly as pictures describe the hot tub was amazing

Nice, tidy, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only reason i couldnt give 5 stars is water in the shower was not really hot and the pressure of the water was low, it makes you want to shower as quick as possible. And there was not much options for breakfast.

Overall good stay.

The room was spacious and stylish. Adorable cats are living in the premices. Breakfast is quite good. Staff was helpful. Every morning you can watch hot air balloons just in front of the hotel. But once they forgot to make up the room though we asked about it. Shower was difficult to use, water was spilling outside which was uncomfortable. Knob of the face wash tab was awkward to use.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel, in a quiet place. Easy walking to restaurants and attractions. Right on a beautiful 18 km trail. Staff friendly and helpful.

All the staff members sre very kindly. And an outdoor terrace is so good to take a tea time. Location is not city but beautiful nation landscape you can see in walk.

Prime Suites is a small hotel with great staff near Goreme. There is a nice restaurant within a one minute walk and they serve a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and there is room to gather in a courtyard and a deck. It was a little too warm at night, so we opened a window.

Genel olarak kötü bir deneyimdi. Giriş karşıma güzeldi. Odaya geçtiğimizde kaldığımız oda tuvalet kokuyordu. Pencereler orta avluya baktığı için mahremiyet sağlanmıyordu. Pencere ve perdeleri çektiğimiz de ise havasız kaldık. Klima olmadığı için odaya vantilatör koymuşlardı. Maalesef otelin yanındaki işletme 00.00 ye kadar canlı müzik yapıyordu tüm gün yorgun vardığımız otelde uyuyamadık. Son olarak küvete girmek istedik. Ancak küvet deliği kırık çıktığı için dolmadı. Her anı kötü bir otel deneyimiydi. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Eşim ile 2 gün tatil planı yaptık ve suit oda kiraladık rahat edelim diye ve ilk gece sıcak su yok resepsiyona bildiriyoruz ve gece saat 2.30 kadar beklettiler sonuç ne oldu dersiniz verdikleri cevap sıcak su yetersiz eğer özel günleriniz mahvolmasını istemiyorsanız tercih etmeyin oteli terk etmek zorunda kaldım

Otelin en sevdiğim özelliği temizliği oldu. Çarşaflar, banyo vs her şey tertemizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltıda her şey ev yapımı lezzetindeydi. Biz hemen girişteki odada kaldık, ailece çok rahat sığdık. Otelin terasından balonları izlemek çok keyifliydi. Biz gezilecek yerlerle ilgili hiçbir araştırma yapmadan gitmiştik bize pratik liste hazırlayarak yardımcı oldular. Tek gece ailecek kaldık. Odalar gayet temizdi. Lokasyon çok güzel terastan balonlar izlenebiliyordu. Hemen üzerimizden bir balonun geçmesi de güzel bir anı oldu. Kahvaltında memnun kaldık. Tek olumsuz diyebileceğim durum yakın bir otel de 12 ye kadar canlı müzik olduğu için ses geliyordu.

Mükemmel bir deneyim.

Otelde 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Konum olarak Göreme, balon kalkış alanları, ATV ve at turları gibi birçok aktiviteye oldukça yakın olduğu için tercih ettik. Ayrıca mağara konsepti ve jakuzili odaları da bizi cezbetti. Avanos ile Göreme arasında harika bir noktada yer alıyor. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve oldukça lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve 7/24 ulaşabileceğiniz şekilde ilgiliydiler. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki Kapadokya tatilimizde yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.
