We take pride in our villa especially the cleaning. It would be shocking if what you describe actually happened as we clean out the fridge of items. Having a sock in the bed does not make any sense since we of course wash the sheets after each stay. The reason we ask guests to inspect the property and let us know about any issues is so that we can take care of anything you are not pleased with. At no point did you during the arrival, during the stay or even after check out mention these items. We have owned these properties for over 12 years and although we are not perfect and things do get missed every so often we do try our hardest which is why we have certain protocols in place such as a video showing the property after it is cleaned and a check list. One of the items on the check list is to remove the fridge contents. It appears you were not pleased with the amount you paid.

We always strive to have happy guests and if there were any issues, the guest has an opportunity to reach out to us. After the guest checked out, I received a call from security that the guest was was yelling at the security gate in front of his children upon check out. He apparently also had an issue with the taxi service upon arrival where he forgot his backpack in the taxi and then he was threatening the company that he would shut down the taxi service. That is the reason he was denied a ride back after check out by the taxi service. He also violated the terms of our contract by listing 2 guests but had 4 guests. The guest indicates that they couldn't get in which just isn't true. This guest will no longer be allowed into Hamilton Cove.
