    Step into a completely redesigned two-story retreat featuring premium craftsmanship and an abundance of natural light. The main level showcases stunning natural stone accents, granite countertops, and elegant stone tile flooring, while the upper level features warm, inviting wood floors.

    Enjoy the outdoors from two private balconies—one extending directly from the main living area and another off the guest bedroom, offering peaceful views of the surrounding garden. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each outfitted with a California King bed, alongside two full bathrooms and a convenient stacked washer/dryer. An open twin bed tucked under the staircase provides perfect additional sleeping space for extra guests.

    Unwind in the living area with a 52-inch flat-panel TV complete with surround sound and a Blu-Ray player, or retreat to the bedrooms, which both feature brand-new flat-panel TVs.

    QUIET HOURS 9:00pm - 8:00am ( use of outdoor area strictly prohibited)

    Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: Cal King Bed | Living Room: 2 Twin Bed

    This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).


    ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**

was highly disappointed that vrbo sells this with the pool and hot tub available. It was a beautiful place but I paid more to have the pool and hot tub. I think they should advertise it that covid has closed that down. I could have spent more on family adventures. I was pretty upset about that. Fans gross, and floors made our feet black since we were asked to leave shoes at the dorr. and shower had hair in it. Again, it was a beautiful place. Just a few things

The Condo was nice-looked newly remodeled. However, there was no heating other than small portable heaters. The kitchen was minimally stocked with plates, etc. First floor gets all the street noise..

I booked a Birthday/Easter Family Trip for 5 of us to Avalon. We haven't traveled a lot and therefore need to start! We had 3 kids with us, a 10 yr old & 2 - 15 yr olds. We loved the Condo that we chose. It was close enough to town that we chose to walk everywhere. Although I would have liked to have a golf cart at my disposal. The Condo was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. We were very pleased with the Condo and would go back.

Great space, satellite TV, attractive interior design. Trundle bed was very comfortable. 3 Toilets is a plus when you have 6 people. Great location. Everything is close in Avalon. Didn't have to get on a motorized vehicle for the whole weekend. Jacuzzi and pool are so clutch.

Just ok !!!

Over all ok, We were on Catalina for a wedding and need to make sure we had an iron available. I sent an email days before and was told without a doubt there would be a iron and board in the condo. When we arrived no iron, just board. I call, left message, sent email, never got a reply. Tv remote in living room was broken, headboard in master bedroom was loose from bed, rattled every time you turned over. The cond was too pricey for what service I received.

loved the clean, recently renovated feel

It was clean and beautiful, perfect for 2 couples! Loved that both rooms had Cal King beds. The decor was great, everything was spotless and in perfect condition. Best looking space on the island! Didn't like the lights in the bathroom that went on and off automatically, and really missed having Wifi. Also the instructions said that there was radiant heat, but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, there was no thermostat?
