Lovely hotel on a quiet street near the Louvre. Staff were available 24hrs and always kind and helpful. Hotel is close to transportation or walking to many of the iconic sights! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Great stay but I was disappointed the staff didn’t take care of the crowd outside the front entrance. It was not safe to enter through the main doors on Sunday (we would have to step in the street with incoming traffic). We had to go through the brasserie to make our way to our room. Passerby’s couldn’t safely use the sidewalk either.

I know it sounds very cheesy….But it’s my second stay here and it’s hands down my favorite hotel in the world. Staff is very profession and super friendly (rare combo). Everyone is extremely helpful. Vibe of the hotel and the rooms - gorgeous… to say the least. Beautiful, magical property!
Cannot recommend enough!!!

"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. ..."
